DESIGNERS, MAKE IT WORK.

The third year semester two Fashion Design & Pattern Making students batch FD1308 recently stood their grounds in Jury Week as their themed garments were being evaluated the industry’s top experts. The judges for this round were no other than local and international fashion designers Eric Choong, Paul Marchand, Jimmy Wong and Carven Ong. For the collection named The Last Supper, all the students had models sporting their design inspired by interesting elements, some of them include origami, traditional Chinese culture & human figure. During the process, students had the chance to pitch their collection to judges from the aspects of materials, cost and marketing details. Advised to “find your trademark element”, the unique apparels will also have the chance to be marketed to famous retails such as Zara and Topshop.
